@moxgirl5 – So sorry you have been dealing with this. Dehydration is very common for Crohn’s and Colitis patients who have diarrhea and headaches can be a side effect of the dehydration. It seems simple, but if you haven’t already done so, maybe start with trying to drink more water? […]
